- Select your size, add to shopping cart and proceed with the purchase.
- To complete your order you can register or carry out the transaction as a guest.
- Enter your details and the address where you want the package delivered.
- Select a payment method.
- Confirm your order.
- You will receive an e-mail with your order confirmation.

Payments
You can pay for your orders by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Postepay, PayPal or by bank transfer sending us an e-mail at customer.care@ballerette.com.
If you would like to receive an invoice, you can contact us by sending an e-mail to customer.care@ballerette.com within the calendar month in which you place your order.
No, you cannot order by phone, but by sending us an e-mail we will be happy to help you complete your order.
Yes, just send us the link of the style you are interested in, specifying the size. After checking availability, we will send you the coordinates to make the bank transfer.
We accept PayPal
We do not accept cash on delivery.
If the payment of the order is not successful, it could have been due to a connection problem during the transaction, or to a problem with the remaining credit or maximum spending of the card. In this case, please try again to place your order and contact us if you have any further problems.
If your order is "pending", just send us an e-mail to unlock it. Then you can re-enter your account to re-open the shopping cart and proceed to finalize the payment.
Delivery and Shipping
All orders are shipped by GLS/Fedex/DHL express courier at a cost of €10.00.
Generally, 2-5 working days from the time your order is processed, unless the courier is late.
We require a telephone contact in the shipping information to allow the courier to call in case he has problems during delivery.
If you have received only some of the products in your order, it may mean that they arrive from two different warehouses and travel in separate packages.
Exchanges
For online orders the first replacement for change size and/or model is free, but if you want to return the shoes and get a refund you can return the ballet flats independently to the company or use our courier for a cost of £15.00.

Returns and Refunds
You can send us an e-mail to customer.care@ballerette.com indicating the product you would like to return and we’ll send you all the information to proceed.
Before entrusting the package to the courier, it is necessary to seal the Ballerette inside their cardboard box.
The refund will be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the return.
The refund is made with the same method of payment used to place the order. With PayPal the amount credited will be visible directly on your PayPal account.
If you want to return the shoe and get a refund, you can send the BallereTTe back to the company or use our courier for a cost of £15.00.
Discount and Gift Coupons
To use the gift coupon just enter the alphanumeric code in the box "discount coupon" directly in the shopping cart at checkout.
The gift coupon is valid for 1 year from the moment it is purchased (the receipt of the online order is the proof).
